That would certainly feel like a losing battle. I hear about seed banks and such, but I always wonder who would know where they are and what to do with them if the world were that devastated. I look forward to seeing how it applies in Strike Three.
Chuck, I figured the erosion would be bad, though it’d depend on the location; recovery would require hard work, including plowing, terracing, though debris should help… I do mention seed banks; different people had different priorities when preparing…
